2. What types of e-bikes are available?
We offer only premium mid-drive e bikes suitable for city riding,urban, touring, and light off-road use. All bikes are selected for maximize comfort, safety, and reliability.Trust us,we know exactly what you really need.Â
3. How does the e-bike subscription work?
With an e-bike subscription, you pay a fixed monthly fee and enjoy long-term use of an electric bike without a high upfront cost. Maintenance and technical support are included.
4. What is included in the rental or subscription price?
Depending on the selected plan, this may include the e-bike, regular maintenance, technical support, and optional accessories such as helmets or locks.
5. Do you offer delivery or pickup options?
Yes. Bikes can be collected from our location or delivered to your accommodation or preferred address, subject to availability and location.
6. Do you offer e-bike solutions for businesses or hotels?
Yes. Trust E-Bikes provides B2B leasing and rental solutions for hotels, businesses, and tourism professionals.
7. What is the minimum age to rent an e-bike or participate in guided tours?
The minimum age is 15 years old. Participants under 15 years of age are allowed only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility during the activity.
8. Is a driving license required to ride an e-bike?
No. Electric bikes do not require a driving license and can be ridden legally without one, in accordance with applicable regulations.
9. Do you offer guided e bike tours in Athens ?
Yes. We organize daily guided e-bike tours with a professional guide-escort, offering increased safety, comfort, and local insight. Tours are available in Athens, Aegina, Loutraki, Methana, and Poros. You can see all guided tours in the Services section.
10. What happens if I have booked a guided e-bike tour and it rains?
In case of rain or unfavorable weather conditions, the tour will be rescheduled for the next or following day, subject to good weather and in coordination with the participants.
11. Can I cancel my guided e-bike tour booking?
Yes. Free cancellation is available within 24 hours of booking and payment. After this period, cancellations are non-refundable. Free rescheduling to another available date is possible.
12. Can I change the date of my guided e-bike tour?
Yes. Tour dates can be changed free of charge, subject to availability and prior notice.
13. Is a security deposit required to rent an e-bike?
Yes. A minimum security deposit of €250 per
e-bike is required.
14. How is the security deposit paid and refunded?
The deposit is paid in advance via credit card, e-banking, or cash. The full deposit is refunded after the bike is returned in good condition following inspection.
15. What happens if the e-bike is returned damaged?
If the bike is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, part or all of the security deposit may be withheld depending on repair costs.
16. How far can I ride on a full battery charge?
Battery range depends on the bike model, rider weight, terrain, and level of electric assistance. Most e-bikes easily cover daily commuting and leisure rides on a single charge. Average distance is 60-100 km.
