Terms of Sale –E-Bikes / Spare Parts / Services:
I. General – Orders
These General Terms of Sale of Products and Provision of Services govern every transaction between Trust-e-bikes.com (hereinafter “Company”) and the Customer. They are displayed prominently at the Company’s store and on its website. They are also attached to the legal invoice or offer issued by the Company and form an integral part thereof. Signing by the Customer on the order form or invoice constitutes unconditional acceptance of these General Terms. By signing, the Customer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted the Company’s General
Terms. Signature also constitutes evidence of receipt of the products and acceptance of the services listed on the relevant document.
The offer form is based on availability at the date of preparation and is subject to product availability when the deposit is paid by the Customer. Upon receipt of the deposit, the Company confirms product availability and processes the order. Estimated delivery times are provided, based on manufacturer data. Delivery times may change if production schedules are modified. The Customer acknowledges that production delays may result in delivery delays and accepts this. Delays up to ninety (90) days are considered acceptable.
II. Delivery – Receipt – Payment
If the bicycle delivery is delayed more than sixty (60) days due to the Company’s fault, the Customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund of the deposit.

Upon arrival, the Customer must collect the bicycle within five (5) days after notification, after paying the full amount.
If the Customer fails to collect the bicycle, a second notice is issued, and after three (3) days of non-collection, the bicycle may be released to a third party. The deposit is retained to cover damages.
Delivery takes place at the Company’s store unless otherwise agreed. If shipped via a carrier, the Company’s responsibility ends upon handing the bicycle to the carrier; the transport risk lies with the Customer.
The Company is not responsible for inability to execute orders due to events beyond its control (strikes, transport delays, customs, government restrictions, pandemics, force majeure).
Ownership of products remains with the Company until full payment is received (Art. 532 Civil Code).
Prices are as stated on the invoice/receipt and are payable immediately. Late payment incurs interest.
